I stayed in a beautiful king. the linens and towels were nice. They even had washcloths. room service dinner was also excellent. the concierge and luggage storage were good and helpful.

the central location was acceptable on karl johan street near the royal palace

i found the room to be quite dated it had a bathtub with a screen instead of a shower the trash can had garbage in it upon arrival i found nowhere to put my suitcase i had to ask for luggage racks

broken window poor service

the hotel had a central location and breakfast was acceptable.

i was moved to three different rooms because of maintenance issues one hour after check-in the first room had a flooded bathroom the second had a broken window and the third seemed unrenovated management never contacted me despite my requests i will not return.

I enjoyed the hotel's prime central location (very convenient!). The hotel provides easy access to key city attractions and cultural landmarks. Staff members were responsive and very helpful with directions. The hotel also offers a well-equipped gym and a small, heated pool.

The breakfast buffet became very crowded, which often resulted in a delay to be seated (even with available tables).

amazing staff perfect location top tier breakfast street noise small bathroom struggling air conditioning

The location was indeed perfect with everything within walking distance. I found the staff to be amazing. Always smiling and ready to assist! Breakfast was top tier. One of the best I have ever had in hotels.

The street noise at night was bothersome. The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the room temperature. I found the bathroom to be quite small.
